International Pizza Cake Day

In case you didn't know, we're a week away from International Pizza Cake Day! This special holiday occurs every year on the third Thursday of April, and is celebrated by consuming large amounts of pizza-looking cake. My boss even gets in the spirit and follows the tradition of supplying a free pizza lunch to all employees. You gotta love International Pizza Cake Day!

    I've heard through my pizza-cake contacts that onions are an up and coming topping. I'm getting pretty pumped about this year's event!
